Printed Products:
Sprout is happy to provide a replacement of any printed products that arrived damaged or that arrive different to what was shown on the site or that you approved. To process your replacement we require that you:
Contact Sprout within 7 days of your delivery and provide a photo of your damaged or incorrect item.
The Sprout team will review and provide a digital proof of the item for your approval prior to ordering your replacement
Once approved, Sprout will order the replacement with no added charge to you.
If a print arrives that matches what was shown on the site or what you approved prior to print, Sprout will not provide a full refund. We are happy to work with you to find a solution that works best for all parties.
Sprout will proceed a cancelation on print product if the item in question has not proceeded to production.
Downloadable Products:
Sprout does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancelations for any instant downloadable products. The Sprout team is happy to assist you if you run into any trouble opening the files, simply reach out to our team at hello@watchyourbusinesssprout.com.
Membership:
Sprout does not provide refunds on membership purchases. If invoiced, Sprout requires a 30-day written notice prior to cancelation. If pay by credit card, once you cancel your membership you will no longer have access to the member-only website and there will be no proration given.
Creative Services or Customizable Only (Non-Print) Offerings:
Sprout does not provide returns or cancellations on these items. If design on the item has not started, Sprout is happy to provide an exchange or credit toward other Sprout offerings. If design has already started, Sprout will not provide an exchange.

SHIPPING TIMELINE:
SIGNAGE & COLLATERAL PRINTS
Shipping takes between 7-12 business days to arrive once the design is approved by you and we receive prepayment if needed. This includes processing and ground shipping. The exception to that is signage like A-frames and Banners which sometimes take longer to process.
MULTIFAMILY GIFTS
Our items are custom items printed upon confirmation of your order. We do recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before you need the items.
Below you'll find specific turnaround estimates for each item. These are estimates, so we do recommend ordering as early as possible.

PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED:
Please take a picture of your damaged prints and reply to the email that confirms the prints for that design. If your product arrives damaged, please take a picture of the damage and email us at hello@watchyourbusinesssprout.com.
ITEM DID NOT ARRIVE:
If your item has not yet been received after 7-10 business days, please reach out to us ASAP by replying to the email with the confirmation of your prints or products. You can also email us at hello@watchyourbusinesssprout.com. We will look into it and let you know the next steps!
