MICRO-EVENT: The Art To the Perfect Grilled Cheese

Don’t be bleu, this cheesy micro-event is sure to melt your residents’ hearts!

Benefits for you:

IG engagement with Reels boosts your social media accounts and gets you more exposure. That means more potential residents are seeing your posts, which means more opportunities to lease!

Benefits for your residents:

This one is for all ages. Whether it’s a basic grilled cheese for the kiddos or made with fancy bread and gourmet cheese for the adults, just about everyone loves a grilled cheese sammy.

This is a short event, yes. But it can still be impactful!

BONUS: Have your team join in and share their grilled cheese culinary skills. Invite residents to share selfies of themselves cooking.
