Pick any week this month or next to show your residents the LOVE! Even if you can't do all six events, pick one or two and make your residents feel extra special...

MONDAY: "Thank You for Being YOU" Treat
TUESDAY: Coffee and/or Juice Bar
WEDNESDAY: Hustle & Flow... Free Yoga Class
THURSDAY: Resident Potluck Dinner
FRIDAY: Pet Yappy Hour
SATURDAY: Hot Cocoa Bar

MAKE IT EASY FOR ME TO SPOIL MY RESIDENTS!

MONDAY

Showing residents that you're thankful that they've chosen to call your community HOME doesn't have to be complicated.

Download and post a Sprout Member "We are Thankful for Residents Just Like You" design. It looks beautiful in a frame, a shadow box, or on a community board. Set it up next to your coffee station, in common areas, or next to some sweet treats.

Want to personalize it a little more? Host an event and print your design in quarter page size (four to a page). Attach to small goodie bags and hand them out individually. Take the opportunity to show a personal interest in your residents.

Do you always have coffee available for your residents? Make today a little extra special. How?

Purchase seasonal flavors of coffee and/or creamer.
Pick up a few add-ons like flavored syrups.
Add some tasty treats.

WEDNESDAY

This time of year can be stressful for your residents. Traffic starts to get more congested, the stores get packed, and people just seem grumpier. Help them recharge with an early morning Yoga Session.

If you have the space at your community, make it a full experience with flavored water and healthy snacks. If you don't have the space, can you partner with a nearby fitness facility?

THURSDAY

It seems like people can't agree on much these days, but we can all agree that we love FOOD! Break bread with your residents by hosting a Community Dinner any Thursday this November.

Why on a Thursday? By this point in the week, people are exhausted and just looking forward to the weekend. Start the pre-weekend celebrations with a small feast. Make it easy on yourself by partnering with local restaurants.

Make it an event to remember by bringing out the Fall decor, relaxing music, and a beautiful tablescape.

FRIDAY

Let's not forget our furry, four-legged residents this November.

Friday is the perfect day to host a Pet Yappy Hour with to-go, goodie bags. Remind residents throughout the week by posting your Sprout invite.

Warm up with a hot cocoa bar.

This month at Sprout we are Mad for Plaid! So we decided to throw a plaid-themed Hot Cocoa Bar.

Grab a variety of flavors, fun toppings, and seasonal decor. We picked up the cutest lumberjack puppet at Target to add to the fun decor. You know what this means? Time to go shopping!
