MICRO-EVENT: DOG TRAINING
Well-behaved pets make everyone in the community happier! This micro-event is perfect for any pet-friendly community. Post a “Dog Training Tips” video to your Instagram/Facebook Stories. MEMBERS: Simply Download our “4 Tips to Train Your Dog” Done-for-You Video and share it on your Social Media Stories.
Benefits for you:
IG engagement with Reels boosts your social media accounts and gets you more exposure. That means more potential residents are seeing your posts, which means more opportunities to lease!
Benefits for your residents:
This one is for all pet lovers. Whether they have a pet or want a pet, these tips are useful and exactly what social media enrichment is all about.
This is a short event, yes. But it can still be impactful!
BONUS: Have your team join in and share their pets. Invite residents to share selfies training their pets.
Card Bar for Mom
Moms deserve a break… especially this year. Pamper the mothers at your community with a Card Bar for Mom.
DO IT NOW IN A FEW EASY STEPS:
Order some crayons, envelopes, and cardstock. Members: Download our pre-made “Mom- You’re the Bomb” card template. Set up a station (or to-go kits) in the leasing office/community room for the kids to decorate the cards for their moms!
Spread the word- post flyers in public areas and digital graphics on social media pages.
Have someone nearby to help the kids with the cards and hand out some stickers to add a final touch to their cards!
WINE TO-GO
Even though some areas can now have in-person events, the truth is, many of us LOVE being home and don’t want to go anywhere. FYI, May 25 is National Wine Day, but we think your residents will enjoy this event any day of the month.
BRING IT TO LIFE
Spread the word (Members: we have flyers and done-for-you social media graphics) about the grab n’ go event on your social platforms to encourage your residents to stop by and get their drink to-go on!
Virtual Fitness Week
Of the people that are most active, 59.7 percent reported exercising at least three times a week for half an hour or more.
Our residents love food and pet events any day of the year, right? A healthy balance is necessary, though! Healthy residents will be happy residents. So whether you have a fantastic fitness center with all the bells and whistles or not, you can promote a healthy lifestyle in your community. Show them how to make it happen themselves with a great weeklong virtual fitness week.
Bring it to life
Reach out to local trainers (or find one on IG) and ask to team up for a virtual fitness event. You can also play a pre-selected workout video. Possible classes that don’t require equipment:
Yoga / Pilates
HIIT/Bootcamp
Stretch
Dance
Kickboxing / Boxing
30-minute full-body workout
Announce and promote! Use social media to invite residents to your virtual events. Keep it simple and keep posting all week long.
Do a run-through with your trainer. Who will run the event on social media? Designate a person to monitor comments and feedback.
Invite your team to participate in the event as well! With them showing up online for the workouts, it will increase participation from your residents and make your team more personable.
