Personally, the thought of Spring cleaning and decluttering my house gives me a bit of anxiety. I have to do that on top of everything else?! Most likely your residents are feeling the same way.

Kill two birds with one stone + encourage your residents to get a jumpstart on cleaning their patios by hosting a patio decorating contest!

Invite all of your residents to join in on the fun and choose a 1st, 2nd, + 3rd place winner.

Let me let you in on a little secret that I've personally used to make sure that social media is not taking over my life! We've all been there, you jump on Instagram for what seems like a second and you soon realize you've wasted an hour scrolling your feed.

Sometimes we need a detox from our phone especially when we need to focus on the task at hand!

I LOVE the In Moment app- it helps you see how much time you are spending on social media, and you can set limits when you’ve gone over the allotted amount of time you want to spend on it.

So put the phone down and reach your goals, multi-family rockstar!

As a busy, working mama, I’m always looking for ways to make my life a little easier! I found that getting meals sent to me by Blue Apron has made cooking a yummy meal for dinner a no brainer. You get the exact amount of ingredients needed to make the meal you choose so you don’t have a crazy amount of leftovers.
