A Maze activity

Amazing Resident Event and Retention Idea Maze Coloring.jpg

It’s going to be an Ah-MAZE-ing time for EVERYONE!

Keep a little stash of mazes and coloring packs in your leasing office and in your model units. This little idea is a lifesaver for parents touring with little ones that have boundless energy. But, did you know adults love coloring too? It’s easy to have two sets of coloring pages- ones for the kiddos and ones for the young-at-heart.

Download or order a maze coloring page. Bonus: Print the maze on colored paper to add a fun touch!

  1. Sprout Members: Download our done-for-you coloring pages and mazes.

  2. Purchase some crayons and gift bags.

  3. Attach your design and business card to the goodie bags. You can hand these out to the kids or adults at your community or to prospects to keep them entertained while you do your thang!

HOst a cereal bar

Resident Event Idea Budget-Friendly Cereal Bar.jpg

Breakfast is served…just like that! This is such an easy way to host a resident appreciation event for the week. Seriously…who doesn’t love cereal? This is a real crowd-pleaser!

DO IT NOW IN A FEW EASY STEPS:

  1. Sprout Members: Download our done-for-you invites or customize one.

  2. Purchase single-serve cereal boxes and grab some milk on your next trip to the store.

    • Tip: Grab a few different types of milk: Almond, Whole, 2%, etc. You can buy the individual cartons or buy a few gallons and have them in beverage dispensers.

  3. Don’t forget the bowls, spoons and napkins! You can pick some up when you’re getting the milk or just order some.

  4. Pair the cereal boxes with a spoon and a flyer like the ones below and BOOM! You’ve just made someone’s morning! (PS: We had a ton of fun putting these together for a Sprout Employee Party!)

  5. Don’t forget your social media squares to spread the word! Grab them below.

  • Alternative tip: you can also buy the regular-sized cereal boxes and have them in jars with scoops. Check out how we did it in the photos below!
