(8) PUMPKIN SPICE COFFEE BAR
It's time to pumpkin spice up your community with a fall-themed coffee bar. For those that already have a coffee bar established, simply add the fall decor and flavors to kick it up a notch.
If you are a community with little to no amenities, you can create this amenity easily just by carving out some table space for a coffee maker and a few extras. Use the fall season to bring more value to your residents!

(9) READING CORNER
Host a library, book club, or book drive to celebrate Read a Book Day (September 6) or simply just because!
Library: Encourage your residents to donate their used books to your free resident library. Set it up on an empty table in the community room or add a shelf to an empty corner.
Book Club: Poll your residents online to see if they would want to join a book club. You can select a resident to lead the charge and let them know you'll provide light snacks or wine for their meeting.
Book Drive: Help residents keep their homes tidy while also giving back by hosting a book drive all month long. See if a school, daycare, after-school program, or library will accept the books.

(10) HEALTHY FALL BREAKFAST
September is Better Breakfast Month. Host a healthy breakfast bar for your residents with coffee, juice, yogurt, granola, and oatmeal. Give it a fall twist by leaning into fall spices like cinnamon, apple, chai, berries, and more.

(11) OKTOBERFEST HOPPY HOUR
Oktoberfest is a staple in fall events.
Have a selection of seasonal brews available to try.
Make this an off-site event at a local brewery where residents can simply get a discount by mentioning you.
(12) CHIP & DIP BAR
“When I Dip, You Dip, We Dip!”
Partner with a local restaurant to provide the chips, guacamole, and any other dips for the event.
Make it to-go with bagged ingredients to make at home.
(13) APPLE PICKING
Prime apple harvesting is in mid to late September.
Set up a basket of apples for residents to pick and enjoy.
These also make easy, affordable appreciation gifts just by adding a cute sign.
(14) DREAM BIG CHALK EVENT
Draw a chalk cloud on the sidewalk and encourage residents to go write their dreams inside.
You can also make this a contest for residents to illustrate their dreams on the sidewalk and let social media decide the winner.

Celebrate the chefs (and want-to-be chefs) at your apartment community and host a cooking class - in person or virtually!

Host a pizza event at your apartment a number of different ways: Grab - N- Go, Pizza by the pool (or fire pit), Build Your Own Pizza - the list goes on!
(18) PICK A PIE NIGHT
An easy event that you can put together on the fly… grab an array of pies from a local bakery and invite residents to come grab a slice.
