Warm-Up Wednesday
Time for residents to warm up in the office and enjoy hot cocoa! Add a hot cocoa bar next to your coffee bar.
Thirsty Thursday
It’s time for a little happy…hour! Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Costco all have great options when it comes to wine that doesn’t break the bank. Encourage residents to invite their friends so you can boost your referrals.

Flashback Friday
It’s time to return to our childhood with a good old-fashioned game night. Bring out the Jenga, Trivial Pursuit, Monopoly or even just cards! If you have a game room with video games, you can also setup a challenge between residents.
Sleep-In Saturday
Host a pajama brunch or breakfast on-the-go. Use a grocery service to get the essentials delivered: muffins, croissants, orange juice and coffee. Maybe throw in some old favorites such as Pop-Tarts or Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal.

Grab your flyers and social media graphics to spread the word around your community. While you’re at it, wish your residents luck in their classes by posting some Sprout graphics on social media.
Set up a Grab n’ Go station in the leasing office for your residents to swing by before or after their classes for a treat!
Here’s the deal folks, resident appreciation comes in all shapes, sizes, and budgets; but the only wrong way to do it is to NOT do it! Will it always be something that you want to do? Probably not.
