July Resident Event Ideas Your Residents Will Want to Attend This Summer

One Event - Three Ways
Community Picnic
It’s summertime which means it’s the perfect time for a picnic! With the aroma of freshly cut grass, the shade of gorgeous trees, and delicious summery treats, your residents are sure to love these events.

Event #1: Community Picnic
Encourage residents to grab a blanket or a lawn chair, stop by for a snack, and enjoy a summer classic: A Picnic. Whether they picnic indoors, outdoors, or on the run as they pass by your table, they’ll appreciate this pop of simple summer fun!
Provide light refreshments such as fruit, nuts, gummies, and juice. If you have a grill area, consider making this event a BBQ! Finally, enhance your resident’s experience by playing some light nature sounds or some bright cheerful instrumental music.
Event #2: Grab & Go Picnic Baskets
These tiny picnic baskets are an adorable addition to a beautiful summer’s day! Fill your little baskets with fresh fruit, nuts, juice, and gummies, then display them! Each basket costs less than $4 per gift and can be adjusted to fit your needs. Our Sprout Creative team couldn’t decide whether this event would work better on the mobile cart, or the table... or both! What will you do? Encourage interaction on your social media by posting story games.
