# 1: SPARKLE EVENT: GRAB-N-GO CHAMPAGNE

Happy hour doesn’t need to disappear just because of social distancing. Let your residents pop the bubbly in their own home with this grab-n-go sparkling event!

1) Sprout Members: Download the ready-for-you flyer and graphic below or customize it for free on your member dashboard. Not a Sprout Member? Click to join.

# 2: RECIPE SWAP

Get ready, set, bake! For many, getting together to cook with family and friends is what this season is all about. Since potlucks and in-person events are not possible this year, engage your residents with this online event.

1) Sprout Members: Customize this flyer for free on your member dashboard.

2) Post it everywhere! Use social media to invite your residents to join in the fun. JOIN being the operative word - you’ve gotta start the swap with your own recipes and photos, too!

  • Post updates

    • Post all entries/photos that you are tagged in on your community stories for a shoutout.

TIP: Be sure to thank your residents for being supportive of each other and joining in the fun. It sets them up to be ready for the next virtual event!

#5: MILK & COOKIES

:

It doesn’t get any easier than this!

Why cookies? They are easy, fun, inexpensive and hard to resist! Cookie Monster knows, "ME WANT COOKIE!!! Nom, Nom, Nom!"

Note: Due to COVID-19 we encouraged buying mini milk cartons and pre-packaged cookies.

Download the design << to spread the word and have residents drop off items.

Attach the design to a collection box and set out in a high-traffic area in your community. The leasing office is a great spot!

Set the pace by filling the box with a couple of items courtesy of your team.

Post reminder notices throughout the community.

Use your corresponding Sprout social graphics to remind your residents on your social media sites.

Keep residents engaged by posting progress updates via email, resident newsletters, and social meetings.
