Building Multifamily Leaders with Bill Nye

Our Bill Nye leadership course series continues with Culture: Intentional Versus Unintentional. Anytime you bring two people together, a culture will develop or grow. Culture grows in every organization. The question becomes, are you intentional about what you're going to grow? Or, are you unintentional and you leave it up to chance and circumstance?

The 6 pillars of resiliency with Psychologist, Dr. Lindsay Bira

We have psychologist, Dr. Lindsay Bira, to talk about how we can stay successful and healthy, even in an industry as stressful as ours. When we want to learn to exercise, we hire a fitness trainer. When we want to learn to cook, we sign up for a class. But what about learning how to harness one of our most powerful tools… our brain?

Known as The Brain Expert, Dr. Bira is a clinical health psychologist, adjunct medical professor, and speaker who shares tips and techniques that can be put into action pretty quickly and help your high-paced workday and long-term career. I wanted to find out what attributes are needed to support someone that's in a high-performing, constantly-demanding role, like someone in property management. Dr. Bira shares the 6 Pillars of Resiliency and why they are so valuable.
